Making the move
So, you’ve made that big decision to move to the Rose City! Yay! Perhaps you have found the perfect house and you need someone on the ground to make sure its perfect in real life and not just on the Internet. Call me! I regularly work with clients who are out-of-state and need a trusted resource in town. I’m happy to tour homes for you, send videos, check the property history, and chat with the listing agent to find out whether or not it’s worth hopping on a flight to see in person.
Navigating a new city
Setting up life in a new city can be overwhelming—”What is the light rail here called?” (The Max!) My child needs special education services…who do I call at Portland Public Schools?” (I have that contact info for ya!) “We need to set up our gas and electric bills but I don’t even know who to call…” (I gotcha covered!)—I take pride in being a resource provider and connecting my clients not just to the home that they will love but to the community as well.
