I know what you are going through. Really, I do. I’ve  been a first-time home buyer on a small budget. I’ve been a seller who needed a return on that investment. And, most recently, I was someone searching for her dream home – a bungalow in Laurelhurst where my son can climb trees at the park while my husband and I enjoy a picnic dinner.

In my role as a broker, I want to help folks – especially those with unique challenges and specific needs or those who may have felt shut out of the housing market in the past – find the right home with the right resources for their lives. Seeking out the perfect home and community and ensuring a smooth transition for that next step is what truly calls me to serve. I understand what the myriad of Portland neighborhoods have to offer and how they all contribute to making this a unique and wonderful place to live.

As a Portlander and a parent, I really dig into all this city has to offer. Don’t be surprised to find me at a weeknight Pedalpalooza ride, combing the aisles of our many independent bookstores, or jumping off the Duckworth Docks (That is if I’m not marveling at the perennials in my garden).

I am also committed to creating a more inclusive Portland. As your realtor, I am often the person who puts you in contact with other professionals to help us get the job done – inspectors, lenders, contractors—and my list of vetted recommended contacts will always include a diverse group of individuals that reflect the people of Portland – businesses owned and operated by women, BIPOC, LGBTQ, neurodivergent folks and people experiencing disabilities. Those values also extend to my community involvement where I lead a parent group for families of neurodivergent students.

Before my career in real estate I was an English teacher for ten years, and now I’ve been a parent for that long as well. That experience transfers into clean writing and incredible patience – things that come in handy when composing an offer and negotiating terms in a competitive market.

Wondering where your perfect place is in Portland?Let’s work together and find out.
